ICBEC governance is to promote a unique unified ECR policy among global corporations that will result in a global efficient alliance that could change the negative impact of pollution on our natural resources. Unified Corporate Policy with today's immediate environmental threats, climate change challenges and ocean pollution is no longer an option but a necessity. We need a joined global venture that has access to the same long-term financially sustainable environment preservation tools to change the negative trajectory of our natural resources.
